Valetby is a platform for comparing and booking airport parking. You can review price, location, service type and booking conditions before choosing. Bookings are handled through Valetby when the operator is connected to the platform.

The selected parking operator provides the parking, shuttle or valet service. Valetby acts as the marketplace and booking channel; the operator performs the service and is responsible for vehicle custody during the stay.

Valetby may receive a commission from the operator for bookings we generate. Before you confirm, you will see the amount applicable to your booking and any charge linked to the service you selected.

Not necessarily. Each operator sets its opening hours, arrival and departure slots and operational availability. Valetby shows those conditions for the dates you select before booking.

Each listing shows the available information about location, terminal transfer, valet or shuttle, covered or outdoor parking, cancellation and other conditions. Always review the specific listing before confirming.

With Shuttle, you park at the operator's site and a transfer takes you to the terminal. With Valet, you hand over and collect the vehicle at the agreed airport point, following the operator's instructions.

It depends on the booking policy. If free cancellation is included, the deadline is shown before payment. Requests are managed from your account and refunds are processed according to the applicable conditions.

As a marketplace, Valetby connects your booking with the operator providing the service. The parking service invoice is issued by that operator; Valetby can help forward the request using your booking details.
